30s Man Dies After Jumping from POSCO Center in Gangnam, Seoul (Comprehensive)
At around 12:30 PM on the 7th, a man in his 30s, identified as Mr. A, jumped to his death at the POSCO Center in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
According to the police, Mr. A was found collapsed on the ground near the center in a state of cardiac arrest. The deceased man was known to be a POSCO employee. No specific criminal suspicion was reported at the scene.
The police believe that Mr. A made an extreme choice by jumping from the rooftop of the building.
The police and the National Forensic Service are investigating the exact cause and circumstances based on witness statements and closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage.
