TRN Appoints Hansangwook as New CEO... Accelerating Innovation of 'ShoppingNT'
TRN, a service subsidiary of Taekwang Group, announced on the 6th that Han Sang-wook was officially appointed as CEO through the regular shareholders' meeting held on the 31st of last month.
New CEO Han Sang-wook graduated from Korea University and served as head of the Product Support Team, Programming Planning Team, and Marketing Headquarters at GS Home Shopping and NS Home Shopping from 1995 to 2021.
CEO Han is an expert who has performed key tasks such as business planning, programming, product development, and digital marketing in the home shopping industry for a long time, and is expected to take T-commerce ShoppingNT, operated by TRN, to the next level.
This year, ShoppingNT plans to focus all its capabilities on expanding PB products, developing and differentiating products targeting the 40s and 60s age group, and establishing a growth foundation by strengthening mobile competitiveness. In addition, efforts will be made to improve employee satisfaction through fostering a horizontal organizational culture and activating communication within the organization, as well as enhancing work efficiency through IT investment.
