KEPCO KDN Hosts '2023 Cloud SW Development Competition'
KEPCO KDN announced on the 5th that it will hold the '2023 Cloud SW Development Competition' to discover specialized solutions and partners in the fields of safety and management in the power and energy industry.
The competition categories are divided into two parts: the cloud-based new software development section, targeting KEPCO KDN members to leverage their expertise in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), and the planning section, which focuses on sharing and identifying cloud software usage needs of energy and power-related companies.
KEPCO KDN will provide participants in the '2023 Cloud Software Development Competition' with opportunities to attend KEPCO KDN's cloud technology education and specialized workshops, and will award a total prize money of 15 million KRW to the top 10 teams.
The Software as a Service (SaaS) idea planning category is open not only to software developers but also to ideas for cloud utilization from the workplace, and outstanding ideas selected will have the opportunity to form innovative business partnerships by combining with KEPCO KDN's Energy ICT technology.

KEPCO KDN is accepting applications for the '2023 Cloud SW Development Competition' until May 31. Applications can be submitted through the 'K-ECP' website. Submitted works will be finally selected and awarded in November.
