Tmax Group Conducts Experienced Recruitment for 12 Affiliates
Tmax announced on the 6th that it will conduct large-scale recruitment of experienced professionals across 12 subsidiaries to attract talent in various fields, focusing on research and development (R&D).
In addition to the Tmax Tibero research area for its existing B2B business, Tmax aims to expand its foundation into B2C business by hiring personnel in diverse fields such as OS, AI, cloud, fintech, commerce, office, and metaverse. It is also recruiting talent across all areas including UX/UI, technical support engineers, service planning, marketing, and sales, which implement and support research and software services.
To secure outstanding talent, Tmax plans to offer industry-leading salaries, performance bonuses up to 600% of the monthly salary, and free stock grants.

Based on the excellent personnel recruited through this large-scale open recruitment, Tmax plans to accelerate the launch of a user convenience-centered super app by focusing its capabilities across all fields including AI, metaverse, fintech, commerce, fintech, and cloud, going beyond being a system software company. Applications for this recruitment will be accepted in order of submission for about three weeks starting from April 5.
