Suwon City Provides 30 Tons of Emergency Water Supply to Apartment Affected by Holiday Water Outage
Suwon City Waterworks Office is providing emergency water supply to residents at the apartment where a water outage occurred on the 2nd.
View original imageOn the 2nd, Suwon City in Gyeonggi Province provided emergency water supply to an apartment complex in Jangan-gu where a large-scale water outage occurred.
The Suwon City Waterworks Office announced on the 3rd that at around 6:50 a.m. that day, upon receiving a report that water supply had stopped to about 1,000 households in 13 buildings due to a power outage caused by a malfunction in the pump room's distribution panel within the apartment complex, they immediately activated the emergency water supply system and supplied emergency drinking water with three water trucks within 30 minutes of receiving the report.
The water outage situation was resolved around 4 p.m. that day after repairs to the pump room and the restoration of power supply. From the time the complaint was received until the situation ended, the Waterworks Office supplied about 30 tons of drinking water over approximately nine hours.
