Kyungsung University Launches Specialized Hub Program 'Cosmetics and Chemical Job Training Course'
The Kyungsung University University Job Plus Center operated a cosmetics/chemistry job course, part of the ‘Hub-type Specialized Program,’ for enrolled students and local youth from the 27th to the 30th.
The ‘Hub-type Specialized Program’ consists of five stages: ‘Company Visits,’ ‘Job and Soft Skills Training,’ ‘Talent Development Training,’ ‘Job Experience,’ and ‘Follow-up Management.’ In this cosmetics/chemistry job course, the first three stages (Talent Development Training) of the program were conducted.

View original imageIn this training, the first stage involved enhancing students’ motivation through a Zoom visit to the cosmetics mask manufacturing company ‘Imiin.’ The second stage provided job basics education and job and soft skills training, including business manners required for office workers.
The third stage was operated as a job expert development course focused on field cases, covering cosmetics manufacturing, distribution systems, and understanding GMP and cGMP.

Going forward, Kyungsung University plans to continue offering ‘Hub-type Specialized Programs’ such as ‘ESG Expert Talent Development Training’ and ‘MICE Talent Development Training,’ considering Busan City’s seven strategic industries and recent hiring trends.
