Naver Opens Entry-Level Recruitment... All Job Positions Across 6 Subsidiaries
Naver announced on the 29th that it will launch its 2023 open recruitment for new graduates. The goal is to discover and nurture talent to join the journey of ‘Team Naver,’ which is pioneering the global market.
This recruitment targets six corporations including Naver, Naver Cloud, and Naver Financial, covering technical, service & business, design, and corporate job categories. Eligibility requires candidates to be graduating from university (or graduate school) by February 2024 or have less than one year of total work experience. Anyone aspiring to grow as outstanding talent can apply regardless of their major.
The hiring process proceeds sequentially from document screening to job competency interviews and comprehensive competency interviews. For the service & business job category, a separate process is conducted where applicants create products themselves and collaborate as prospective colleagues with senior employees in the field. Before the final stage, a program is also provided to address applicants’ questions about the company and the job. Through ‘Open Class@1784,’ candidates invited to the final stage are welcomed at Naver 1784, where employees directly share introductions about each corporation, job-specific tasks, and career insights.
Successful candidates are expected to join the company in July. Upon joining, they will complete various growth support programs including job-specific introductory training. Afterwards, they will be assigned to respective departments and join Naver’s global challenge as members of ‘Team Naver.’
