Lotte Department Store will provide world-class professional education to the selected members. Starting in June, based on the advice of Director Lee Seong-ju of the Korea Arts Gifted Education Institute, members will practice and coordinate their pieces at the Lotte Cultural Center and Lotte Cultural Hall within Lotte Department Store. Overall rehearsals and education will involve conductor Lee Min-hyung, former deputy conductor of the Busan Philharmonic Orchestra, and professional faculty members. For the clarinet and violin sections, world-renowned clarinetist Andreas Ottensamer and violinist Ray Chen will conduct one-day master classes.
Starting with the Rejoice Concert on August 16, various social contribution activities will continue. All ticket sales from the concert will be donated, featuring solo orchestra performances by the Kids Orchestra and collaborations with famous domestic and international artists. Afterwards, mini concerts will be held at schools and counseling centers in underprivileged areas, and at the end of the year, special music tracks will be produced with proceeds donated, actively engaging in meaningful activities.
