View original imageThe Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business (Kbiz) announced on the 26th that it is recruiting small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) cooperatives to participate in the 'Innovative Joint Business Support Project.'
This project supports direct business expenses for joint projects aimed at establishing collaboration models among cooperatives by industry. It is the first time this project is being implemented this year in accordance with the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' '3rd SME Cooperative Revitalization Plan (2022?2024).'
Support is provided to SME cooperatives established under the SME Cooperative Act, covering 80% of the project cost per cooperative, up to a maximum of 100 million KRW. Support types include testing and certification, digital transformation, response to environmental regulations, joint marketing, logistics innovation, and specialized workforce training. However, cooperatives where more than 50% of members are small business owners are excluded.
Cooperatives wishing to participate in the project can submit application documents by the 14th of next month, referring to the project announcement on the Kbiz website. Eligible applicants will be selected through qualification requirements and project plan evaluation.
