Changnyeong-gun, Gyeongnam Province, held a tuberculosis prevention street campaign on the 23rd at the permanent market area in Changnyeong-eup to mark the 13th Tuberculosis Prevention Day.

Since symptoms may not appear, if you have a cough lasting more than two weeks, sputum, fever, weight loss, or fatigue, you can visit the county health center to confirm the presence of tuberculosis through X-ray screening and sputum tests.

A county official stated, “We will do our best to create a tuberculosis-free Changnyeong-gun through various promotions such as getting tuberculosis screenings, balanced nutrition to enhance immunity, regular exercise, indoor ventilation, and practicing proper cough etiquette.”
