Gwangju Gwangsan Fire Station Conducts Emergency Response Training at Logistics Center
On the 23rd, the Gwangju Gwangsan Fire Station announced that it conducted an 'Emergency Rescue Control Team Sudden Activation Drill and Multiple Casualty Ambulance Response Drill' at a delivery logistics center.
The drill was conducted assuming a situation where a fire and explosion of unknown cause resulted in multiple casualties, involving about 90 personnel from the Gwangsan Fire Station and 15 fire trucks.
The main training contents included ▲activation of the Emergency Rescue Control Team and establishment of a command system ▲disaster situation assessment meetings, fire situation reports, essential tasks for press briefings ▲transfer of command authority and transition to recovery phase.
