Yongin City Provides Up to 10 Million KRW Support for Improving Energy Performance of Old Houses
Yongin City in Gyeonggi Province will provide up to 10 million KRW to 34 households within the city to improve the energy performance of aging buildings and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
On the 23rd, Yongin City announced that it has selected 34 residential households in the area to promote this year's 'Green Building Creation Support Project.' These households will receive support covering up to 50% of the replacement costs for windows, lighting systems, boilers, and other related construction, with a maximum of 10 million KRW per household.
The city previously adjusted construction items that do not pertain to energy performance improvement and, after review by the Green Building Creation Support Deliberation Committee, decided to provide a total of 199.27 million KRW in support.
