Yongin City Invests 2.2 Billion KRW in Renovating Aging Facilities of Apartment Complexes

View original imageYongin City in Gyeonggi Province has selected 112 apartment complexes for this year's subsidy support and will provide 2.2 billion KRW in funding.
On the 22nd, Yongin City announced that it will support 2.1 billion KRW for repair and renovation work on common facilities in 88 aging apartment complexes, and 100 million KRW for shared electricity costs in 24 public rental apartment complexes.
The subsidies for apartment complexes will be used for ▲main roads ▲elevator replacement ▲roof waterproofing ▲exterior wall repairs ▲children's playground construction, among others.
Additionally, up to 75 million KRW per complex will be provided for aging common facilities, and the subsidy for shared electricity costs will be distributed according to the total number of households in each complex.

A city official stated, "This will help improve the residential environment and quality of life for citizens who have experienced inconveniences due to the aging of common facilities in apartment complexes."
