Seoul Dragon City announced on the 20th that its European restaurant 'The Ribbon' on the 31st floor of Sky Kingdom will offer a spring season course menu until May.
The lunch is prepared as a 4-course meal. The appetizer is 'Spring Jjukkumi Ceviche.' This Latin American representative dish, ceviche, features thinly sliced jjukkumi (webfoot octopus) and seafood served cold like sashimi, accompanied by spring herbs to stimulate the appetite. Next, you can enjoy 'Pea Cream Soup.' For the main course, you can choose between 'Wagyu Sirloin Steak' and 'Grilled Sea Bream.' The main dish is garnished with seasonal vegetables. For dessert, 'Mugwort Mousse' and 'Raspberry Gelato' are prepared.
The 7-course dinner adds 'Seafood Pregola Pasta,' 'Napa Cabbage Gratin,' and 'Blue Mallow Lemon Sorbet.' The napa cabbage gratin is served with a walnut port wine sauce.
The lunch course is available daily from 12 PM to 5 PM, and dinner from 6 PM to 10 PM. A Seoul Dragon City representative said, "We planned the course menu with the concept of spring on the table to fully enjoy the energy of spring when all things come to life," adding, "We hope guests enjoy the lunch course with warm spring sunlight during the day and the dinner course while admiring the panoramic Han River night view at night."
