Cheongsong-gun Leads Efforts to Establish Sound Real Estate Transaction Order
Operation of Real Estate Brokerage Office Map and Inspection Team
Cheongsong-gun, Gyeongbuk Province operates a real estate brokerage office guidance and inspection team year-round to foster a healthy real estate transaction culture, with the current regular inspection scheduled from March 20 to 23.
The county will conduct guidance and inspections targeting 25 real estate brokerage offices within the jurisdiction until the end of December, due to concerns over harm to honest consumers caused by socially problematic practices such as the creation of under-the-table contracts, unregistered brokerage activities, and certificate lending.
The main inspection items include violations related to brokerage such as transfer or lending of registration and certificates, brokerage disguised as real estate consulting, excessive brokerage fees, and collusion among brokers (regarding brokerage fees, property information, etc.).
