Kia Operates 'Benefit Plus' Program to Reward Customers with Long Waiting Periods for Vehicle Delivery
Kia announced on the 20th that it will operate the customer reward program ‘Kia Benefit Plus’ to express gratitude to customers who have waited a long time for new car delivery.
Kia Benefit Plus is a program that provides subscription services to customers who have waited more than 180 days for new car delivery. Kia decided to newly improve and operate the existing long-term waiting delivery customer care program ‘Waiting, Thank You Care’ insurance service.
With the introduction of Kia Benefit Plus, Kia plans to enhance customer satisfaction by providing practical benefits to long-term waiting customers. Kia Benefit Plus offers various lifestyle-oriented subscription service options tailored to customers’ lifestyles. The subscription period and range of choices have been expanded according to the waiting period: ▲Medium wait (180?269 days) ▲Long wait (270?365 days) ▲Extra-long wait (366 days and over).
The subscription services provided include ▲Unlimited e-book subscription service ‘Ridi Select’ ▲Digital music streaming service ‘Genie’ ▲Broadcast, movie, and overseas series video content service ‘Wavve’ ▲Premium sports OTT such as EPL and golf ‘SPOTV NOW’ ▲Eco-friendly and organic agricultural products regular subscription service ‘Uglyus’. Customers can choose one benefit that matches their waiting period grade.
In particular, Kia additionally presents a bouquet with Kia branding packaging to extra-long wait customers who have waited more than one year (over 366 days) when applying for the subscription service.
Kia Benefit Plus is scheduled to operate until December this year. Customers who take delivery of vehicles excluding electric vehicles and Bongo models after March 2 this year and meet the waiting period can apply for benefits through the ‘MyKia’ app within 90 days after delivery.
