View original imageOn the 16th, Samsung Electronics announced that it ranked first in the 2022 global soundbar market with a 20.2% share by value and an 18.4% share by volume, according to market research firm Futuresource. This marks the first-place position maintained since 2014.
Samsung soundbars, including the top-tier 'Q Series' released last year, received positive responses for their overwhelming sound quality, enhanced connectivity with TVs, and design. In particular, the feature providing a customized sound experience optimized for the user’s space received high satisfaction.
This year, Samsung Electronics is strengthening its global soundbar market strategy by launching new products with significantly improved performance in sound quality and surround technology.
The top model of the Q Series, 'HW-Q990C,' featuring 11.1.4 channel speakers and 'Dolby Atmos,' is equipped with improved 'Q Symphony,' 'SpaceFit Sound,' and 'Game Mode Pro,' among other features.
Q Symphony uses TV neural network processing algorithms to analyze voice and surround sound, delivering a more realistic and immersive sound experience to users. SpaceFit Sound provides an optimized sound experience for the space across low, mid, and high frequencies. Game Mode Pro optimizes sound by game genre when enjoying games through Samsung TV’s Gaming Hub, offering a more vivid gaming experience.
