A city official explained, "Until now, apartment buyers had the inconvenience of having to visit the construction site in person to check the construction status. Moreover, access to construction sites has often been restricted for safety reasons, limiting information accessibility. After the system is established, the posted content can also be checked via mobile devices, allowing construction progress to be monitored without visiting the site, regardless of time and place."
