[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Su-yeon] Lim Seung-tae, a legal advisor at the law firm Hwawoo who was nominated as an outside director candidate for KT, announced his resignation on the 10th.

Earlier, on the 8th, KT announced that it had proposed an agenda to appoint four outside directors, including Lim, at the regular shareholders' meeting scheduled for the 31st. Among them, Kang Chung-gu, Yeo Eun-jung, and Pyo Hyun-myung are current outside directors of KT, excluding Lim.
