Marine Life Protection Project with Spring Shine
On the 8th, Lotte Chilsung Beverage announced that its bottled water brand, ‘Icis 8.0,’ will launch the ‘Remember Me Campaign Season 2’ in collaboration with the social enterprise Spring Shine to protect marine life.
The Remember Me Campaign was designed to provide an opportunity for consumers to recall disappearing marine creatures and revive the significance of protecting endangered species through the easily accessible bottled water brand ‘Icis 8.0.’
Lotte Chilsung Beverage collaborated with Spring Shine artists to release the ‘Icis 8.0 X Spring Shine Edition,’ featuring label images of three endangered marine species characters: the ‘beomgorae’ (killer whale), ‘maeburibadagobuk’ (hawksbill sea turtle), and ‘ppulsweori’ (horned grebe). Lotte Chilsung Beverage plans to donate a portion of the proceeds from the sales of the ‘Icis 8.0 X Spring Shine Edition’ throughout the year to the Korea National Trust for Nature.
Spring Shine is a social enterprise that aims to break societal prejudices and stereotypes by delivering the art of artists with developmental disabilities in an engaging and meaningful way, promoting a society that properly understands and empathizes with people with developmental disabilities through works that tell their stories.
