Gwangju Shinsegae Holds Spring 'Cosmetic Fair'
Shinsegae Department Store will hold a Cosmetic Fair from the 9th to the 19th to capture the demand for cosmetics.
According to Gwangju Shinsegae on the 7th, this event, held at all stores nationwide, will feature more than 80 cosmetic brands including Est?e Lauder, Biotherm, and others.
First, Biotherm has prepared an exclusive set of Obvitamine gifts only available at Shinsegae.
When purchasing a 75ml Obvitamine shower gel, customers will receive a set consisting of a 7ml shower gel, 20ml body milk, 20ml hand cream, and 5ml Bocoporel lip butter. The price is 66,000 KRW.
At Gwangju Shinsegae, discount vouchers will be given for certain brands from the 9th to the 19th.
For purchases over 200,000 KRW, a 10,000 KRW discount voucher is available for brands including Lanc?me, Biotherm, Kiehl’s, and YSL, while Est?e Lauder participates with a 20,000 KRW discount voucher.
Discount vouchers can be downloaded once through the Shinsegae app and can be used only on receipts from single-brand purchases made on the same day with Shinsegae partner cards (Citi, Samsung, Shinhan, Hana, Chicor, BC Baro).
A ‘Cosmetics Mileage Accumulation Reward’ event will also be held simultaneously.
Customers who accumulate mileage in the cosmetics category using Shinsegae partner cards (Citi, Samsung, Shinhan, Hana, Chicor, BC Baro) by the 31st of this month will receive a 10% Shinsegae gift certificate based on their cumulative mileage amount.
The mileage accumulation thresholds are 250,000 KRW, 500,000 KRW, 1,000,000 KRW, 1,500,000 KRW, 2,000,000 KRW, 3,000,000 KRW, 5,000,000 KRW, and 10,000,000 KRW.
Cosmetics mileage accumulation is available at the main building’s basement level 1 gift event hall, and the gift certificate distribution period is from the 1st to the 30th of next month. However, participation may vary by brand, so confirmation is necessary.
The cosmetics manager at Gwangju Shinsegae said, “Recently, with the easing of indoor mask-wearing, more customers are seeking cosmetics,” and added, “We will continue to present differentiated content reflecting the latest trends.”
