Shilla Duty Free announced on the 6th that it has proven its global competitiveness by winning the Gold Award at the ‘2022 One Changi App Awards’ hosted by Singapore Changi Airport Group.
The ‘One Changi App Awards’ is an award given at a commemorative event where Changi Airport Group shares major achievements of the year and evaluates the contributions of airport partners to the One Changi application.
The ‘One Changi App’ is a mobile app that disseminates various notices and training content to airport staff. To ensure all airport employees provide high-quality service to customers, Changi Airport Group and airport partners collaboratively create training materials.
Shilla Duty Free received high marks for producing numerous training materials, conducting training sessions, and demonstrating high utilization and participation through quizzes and voting via the app.
