Court Computer System Down Again... Expected to Resume on the Morning of the 6th
"Due to Additional Data Migration Work"
The court electronic litigation system was suspended again on the 4th.
The court electronic litigation website service was interrupted from 12:10 AM on that day.
Some services related to court affairs, such as case search on the court website, public delivery, announcement of acquittal judgments, criminal deposit notices, and online access to judgments, are unavailable. The electronic litigation website service is also affected.
The Court Administration explained that the service was suspended due to the need for additional data migration work to support the normal operation of the Suwon Rehabilitation Court and Busan Rehabilitation Court, which opened on the 1st of this month.
Since it was the weekend, there was no immediate disruption to trials, but anxiety is growing as the court network went down again just two days after the suspension on the 2nd.
The court expects the service suspension to continue until 6 AM on the 6th, but it may be shortened or further delayed depending on the time required for the work.
