View original imageThe Gyeonggi Pyeongtaek Port Authority will open and operate three themed pavilions, including a promotional pavilion, at the Gyeonggi International Boat Show starting on the 3rd.
On the 2nd, Pyeongtaek Port Authority announced that it will establish three themed pavilions ? the Gyeonggi Sea Promotional Pavilion, the Gyeonggi Marine Safety Experience Pavilion, and Jebu Marina ? at the Gyeonggi International Boat Show, one of Asia's top three boat shows, held at KINTEX in Goyang until the 5th.
Now in its 16th year, the Gyeonggi International Boat Show is the largest comprehensive marine leisure industry exhibition in Korea, where visitors can experience a wide range of domestic and international products such as yachts, boats, leisure vessels, equipment, and supplies by category. Since 2016, the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries and Gyeonggi Province have jointly hosted the event to expand market channels for the marine leisure industry, provide information and experiential opportunities for the metropolitan area's marine leisure demand base, and promote marine leisure tourism.
Since 2020, Pyeongtaek Port Authority has been focusing on fostering the marine leisure industry as a growth engine industry with high future value.
