Umi Hope Foundation, Recruiting Children and Adolescents for 'Umi Dream Finder' Participation
Umi Hope Foundation announced on the 2nd that it is recruiting participants for the 2023 career exploration support program "Umi Dream Finder," targeting children and adolescents (5th grade elementary to 3rd grade middle school) from industrial accident victims and multicultural families.
Umi Dream Finder is a career experience program that started in 2018 and is being held for the fourth time this year. It is the flagship project of Umi Hope Foundation, a public interest corporation funded by Umi Construction, and is conducted through a business agreement with Good Neighbors, a global child rights specialized non-governmental organization (NGO).
The main activities include ▲ one-on-one mentoring ▲ career experience and exploration programs ▲ domestic and overseas camps. Dream support kits and career scholarships are also provided for participating children.

Starting in 2023, we plan to hold overseas camps as well to provide opportunities for children to nurture bigger dreams.”
