Hyundai Motor Hiring Technical Entry-Level Employees for the First Time in 10 Years
Eligibility: High School Graduate or Higher, No Experience or Gender Restrictions
Hyundai Motor Company announced on the 2nd that it will be conducting recruitment for technical positions. This recruitment is defined as the ‘Mobility Technical Workforce Recruitment,’ and the company plans to select talented individuals with diverse capabilities and expertise to actively respond to changes in industry trends such as vehicle electrification and manufacturing technology innovation.
Applicants must have graduated from high school or higher, with no restrictions on age or gender. However, male applicants must have completed military service or be exempted.
Document submission will be accepted for 11 days from the 2nd to the 12th through Hyundai Motor’s recruitment website. The announcement of successful document screening candidates will be made at the end of March.
The interview process will be conducted in two rounds: the first round from April to early June, and the second round from May to the end of June.
After the first interview, aptitude and personality tests, the second interview, and medical examination for each round, the final successful candidates will be announced in July. Following orientation and training, they are expected to be assigned to the field between September and October.

A Hyundai Motor official stated, “Since this is the first recruitment of new technical employees in 10 years, we plan to proceed under fair and transparent procedures.”
