Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation held the '2023 Foundation Season 2 Organization Leap Workshop' on the 27th of last month.
View original imageThe Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation has reorganized its structure into a regional headquarters system and carried out a large-scale personnel reshuffle to provide customized services for its users.
The foundation announced on the 1st that it held the "2023 Foundation Season 2 Organizational Leap Workshop" on the 27th of last month, with all employees attending to respond to internal and external management issues and share job creation goals.
Through this reorganization, the foundation transformed its previous system, which operated as the Women's Capability Development Headquarters, Youth Job Headquarters, and Gyeonggi-do Technical School, into a function-centered regional headquarters structure.
The regional headquarters provide customized job counseling, vocational training, and employment placement services tailored to all social strata. Additionally, to expand matching between job seekers and hiring companies, the foundation plans to strengthen its network with businesses.
During the organizational leap workshop, the foundation conducted sessions including ▲ Understanding Gyeonggi-do job trends and presenting the foundation's job goals ▲ Handover of duties following the large-scale reorganization and personnel transfers ▲ A special lecture on proper writing ▲ Team-building programs to foster employee unity.
In particular, the executives and staff committed to increasing the number of job seekers and entrepreneurs to 15,000 by 2024.
