Escape, a boutique hotel by Chosun Hotel & Resort, announced on the 28th that it will offer the 'My Tasteful Life' package in collaboration with the domestic craft beer brand Amazing Brewing Company until May 31.
The package includes Amazing Brewing Company's traditional liquor 'Mark Holly 6.0' Makgeolli and Pale de Shin's signature dish Sichuan-style Razzi, allowing guests to enjoy 'Chimak (chicken + makgeolli)' in their rooms.
Mark Holly 6.0 Makgeolli is a makgeolli interpreted from a modern perspective, using ale beer yeast instead of nuruk. It is a premium traditional liquor with a charming fruity aroma of yogurt and melon and a sophisticated sweetness. The unique brand story is that it was created by a fictional foreigner from the U.S. named 'Mark Holly' who loves makgeolli.
The Mark Holly 6.0 Makgeolli provided in the package is an Escape limited edition not available on the market. The label features illustrations of Escape’s panorama and rooms drawn by artist Gu In-mo.
Pale de Shin's popular Sichuan-style Razzi includes cashew nuts and domestic chicken thigh meat, characterized by a crispy texture and spicy flavor. It is provided as a to-go item. When selecting the suite room type, guests can also enjoy breakfast for two at Pale de Shin.
When booking a stay from Sunday to Thursday through the hotel website, a hotel signature wine bag is provided for the first 100 rooms on a first-come, first-served basis.

Meanwhile, Escape is running the Salon de Escape program. Kim Tae-kyung, CEO of Amazing Brewing Company, will conduct a beer docent class, and a makgeolli cocktail class in collaboration with the French syrup brand 'Monin' is also prepared.
