Mokpo Coast Guard Urgently Transfers 3 Emergency Patients from Island Villages on Holiday
Land Transfer Using Patrol Vessels and Coastal Rescue Boats
Mokpo Maritime Police Station (Chief Kim Hae-cheol) announced on the 27th that emergency patients occurred consecutively in island villages of Jeonnam last weekend afternoon and were promptly transported to the mainland.

On the 26th at 4:01 PM, the maritime police received a report that Mr. A (in his 60s) was complaining of oral pain on Seondo Island, Sinan-gun, and dispatched a coastal rescue boat to quickly transport the patient and guardian to Jido Port.
Then, at 6:41 PM, on Haedo Island, Sinan-gun, Mr. B (in his 70s), who suffered a head injury from a traffic accident, was urgently transported to Shimi Port, Jindo, using a patrol vessel.
At 10:38 PM on the same day, a report was received that Ms. C (female, in her 70s) on Daemado Island, Jindo-gun, was unconscious accompanied by vomiting, and the patient and guardian were transported to Seomang Port, Jindo, via a patrol vessel.
