[Weather] Clear Nationwide but Large Temperature Difference... Daytime Highs 8~16°C

View original imageOn Monday the 27th, the whole country is expected to be clear with temperatures around the average for this time of year, but large temperature differences between day and night are forecast mainly in inland areas.
As of 7 a.m. that day, temperatures were -1.8°C in Seoul, -1.0°C in Incheon, -4.3°C in Suwon, -7.0°C in Chuncheon, 4.0°C in Gangneung, -2.8°C in Cheongju, -4.4°C in Daejeon, -2.6°C in Jeonju, -1.9°C in Gwangju, 2.3°C in Jeju, -3.3°C in Daegu, 4.8°C in Busan, -1.1°C in Ulsan, and 0.0°C in Changwon.
Temperatures will gradually rise from midday, recovering to the average level (maximum temperatures of 7 to 12°C).
The daytime high is forecast to be between 8 and 16°C, with Seoul’s daytime high expected to be 11°C.
However, temperature differences between day and night will be around 15°C mainly in inland areas, so care should be taken to manage health during the changing seasons.
Fine dust levels will be 'bad' in Incheon, southern Gyeonggi, Sejong, and North Chungcheong, while other regions will see levels ranging from 'good' to 'normal'.
However, Seoul, northern Gyeonggi, Yeongseo region of Gangwon, South Chungcheong, and North Jeolla are expected to experience temporarily 'bad' levels in the morning and at night.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea nearshore, 0.5 meters in the West Sea nearshore, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the South Sea nearshore.

Wave heights in the inner offshore areas (offshore within approximately 200 km from the coastline) are expected to be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea and South Sea.
