Monkey Offers Free Delivery Service at All Locations... "Resolving Delivery Fee Complaints"
Digital dining platform 'Monki' announced on the 26th that it will expand its free delivery service to all six branches.
When ordering delivery through the Monki application, delivery is free if the distance falls within the eligible range. Customers can also order a variety of menus from multiple dining brands listed on Monki.
Additionally, there is a 'Departure Reservation' feature that allows users to schedule delivery times in advance. This enables free delivery of menus from multiple restaurants at the reserved delivery time, making it convenient for office workers for lunch gatherings, team meals, and more.
A Monki representative stated, "We started the free delivery service to resolve complaints from customers and small business owners regarding delivery fees," adding, "We are receiving positive feedback from both customers and partner businesses."
