Seoul, northern Gyeonggi, Yeongseo in Gangwon, Daejeon, Jeonbuk, Daegu, and Gyeongbuk will temporarily experience 'bad' levels at night.
Morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between -7 and 3 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs between 7 and 16 degrees Celsius.
Seoul is expected to have a morning low of -1 degree and a daytime high of 11 degrees.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea nearshore, 0.5 meters in the West Sea nearshore, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the South Sea nearshore.
