Muan-gun Holds 'Visiting Briefing Session' for Hometown Love Donation Program

Ideas and Discussions Continue for Establishing the System

Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim San) held a 'visiting briefing session' to establish the hometown love donation system and promote the Jeonnam Sarangae Supporters.

According to the county on the 24th, the Autonomous Administration Division's Hometown Love Team visited all departments and towns directly from the 22nd, providing detailed explanations about the hometown love donation system and Jeonnam Sarangae Supporters to employees and allowing time to understand the system.

They also freely exchanged opinions with employees on ways to revitalize the system, explaining the Muan Love Hometown Promotion Group, mutual donations with neighboring and sister cities, and plans to reward outstanding supporters.

Lee Gwang-jin, head of the Autonomous Administration Division, said, "For good results in the hometown love donation system and Jeonnam Sarangae Supporters project, great interest and participation from our county employees are necessary," adding, "I hope this briefing session will be an opportunity to better understand the two systems and participate more proactively."

This 'visiting briefing session' is scheduled to continue from the 22nd of this month until the 3rd of next month.

The hometown love donation system is expected to play an important role in the development of Muan by redistributing tax revenue concentrated in the metropolitan area and utilizing the collected donations to improve residents' welfare.

Additionally, the Jeonnam Sarangae Supporters system is designed to contribute to promoting sales of local products and revitalizing tourism in Jeonnam amid increasing regional difficulties such as population outflow.
