The Bank of Korea announced on the 22nd that Governor Lee Chang-yong will depart on the 23rd to attend the G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting held in Bengaluru, India.
This G20 meeting is the first Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting hosted by the chair country, India, and will be held over two days from the 24th to the 25th.
