As of 7 a.m. on that day, temperatures are Seoul -1.0°C, Incheon -0.6°C, Suwon -3.2°C, Chuncheon -6.0°C, Gangneung 1.4°C, Cheongju -1.4°C, Daejeon -1.9°C, Jeonju -3.1°C, Gwangju -0.9°C, Jeju 5.2°C, Daegu 0.3°C, Busan 0.8°C, Ulsan -0.9°C, Changwon -0.1°C, etc.
The daytime high temperatures are forecast to be between 1 and 10°C.
On Ulleungdo and Dokdo, less than 5 mm of rain or 1 to 5 cm of snow is expected to accumulate by the 21st.
Fine dust levels are expected to be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.5 m in the East Sea coastal waters, 1.0 to 2.5 m in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 2.0 m in the South Sea coastal waters.
