POSCO ICT Changes Name to POSCO DX... "Leading Digital Transformation"

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] POSCO's information technology (IT) service subsidiary POSCO ICT announced on the 19th that it will change its name to 'POSCO DX' next month.
POSCO ICT explained that POSCO DX signifies the company's ambition to become a leader in the digital transformation (DX) across various industries. With the name change as a turning point, it plans to accelerate the discovery and cultivation of future growth businesses such as industrial robot automation and smart logistics automation.
Since 2021, POSCO ICT has adjusted its business portfolio and enhanced its technological and cost competitiveness, achieving sales of 1 trillion won last year, among other accomplishments.

The board of directors approved the name change on the 17th, and it is scheduled to be finalized at the regular shareholders' meeting on the 20th of next month.
