Federation of Korean Industries Next-Generation CEO Academy Opens in May
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] The Federation of Korean Industries International Management Institute will open the "27th FKI Next-Generation CEO Academy" for next-generation managers on May 12.
On the 19th, FKI introduced the Next-Generation CEO Academy as a flagship course that has produced about 600 next-generation leaders since its establishment in 2010. It is also highly regarded for greatly helping the spread of management trends and the improvement of practical management skills. In addition to management education, it has established itself as a gathering of young leaders from various fields such as young entrepreneurs of similar age groups, prospective managers, and professionals, widely serving as a venue for human exchange and sharing business experiences.
The 27th course will begin on May 12 and run for a total of 14 weeks every Friday. Lectures will focus on core issues relevant to the current management environment, such as the Fourth Industrial Revolution and technological innovation, management trends in the endemic era, and management strategies for responding to economic crises. Most of the instructors are composed of experienced current executives and university professors, enabling not only the sharing of vivid management know-how but also individual management consulting. Various networking programs, including domestic and international workshops and roundtable meetings to promote interaction among participants, will also be conducted.
