Park is accused of conducting subway delay protests at Seoul Gyeongbokgung Station, Samgakji Station, Sinyongsan Station, and others from May last year to January 20 of this year. Initially, the police requested his appearance by the 17th, but Park stated that he cannot appear until elevators are installed in all police stations in Seoul.
The police have been requesting Park’s appearance since August last year. According to the police, this is the final deadline for his appearance.

A police official stated, "If Park does not appear within the designated period, we will consult with related organizations such as the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency and take appropriate measures."
