Expected precipitation amounts are around 5mm in Jeju Island, about 1mm in the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon Yeongseo, northern Chungcheong, southern coast, Ulleungdo and Dokdo, and less than 0.1mm in southern Chungcheong, Jeonbuk, the western coast of Jeonnam, northern inland Gyeongbuk, and the eastern coast of southern Gyeongbuk.
Expected snowfall amounts are 1 to 5cm in the mountainous areas of Jeju Island, less than 1cm in the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon Yeongseo, northern Chungcheong, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo, and less than 0.1cm in southern Chungcheong, Jeonbuk, and northern inland Gyeongbuk.
As of 7 a.m. on this day, temperatures are 2.8°C in Seoul, 1.5°C in Incheon, 1.7°C in Suwon, -2.0°C in Chuncheon, -2.1°C in Gangneung, 2.7°C in Cheongju, 2.0°C in Daejeon, 2.6°C in Jeonju, 2.9°C in Gwangju, 6.6°C in Jeju, 1.2°C in Daegu, 3.6°C in Busan, 1.2°C in Ulsan, and 2.0°C in Changwon.
The highest daytime temperatures are forecast to be between 4 and 9°C.
Fine dust concentrations are expected to be 'bad' in Gwangju and 'good' to 'moderate' in other regions.
Jeonbuk is expected to temporarily reach 'bad' levels in the morning.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the East Sea nearshore, 0.5 meters in the West Sea nearshore, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea nearshore.

Wave heights in the offshore seas (about 200 km from the coastline) are predicted to be 1.0 to 3.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the South Sea.
