Yobosarang Launches One-Touch Service for Hiring Caregivers
Automatic Posting to Multiple Caregiver Recruitment Channels at Once
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Korea Senior Research Institute (CEO Lee Jin-yeol) announced on the 15th that 'Yobosarang,' a caregiver recruitment and job-seeking platform, has launched the 'One-Touch Job Posting Registration' service, which allows caregiver job postings to be uploaded simultaneously across various platforms. Yobosarang is used by approximately 26,000 caregivers.
The One-Touch Job Posting Registration service increases the matching rate between caregivers and long-term care institutions. Yobosarang job postings can be registered at once on major recruitment channels frequently used by institutions and caregivers. Job postings are automatically registered on local government job centers, KakaoTalk open chat rooms involving caregivers and institution workers, the recruitment platform Yoyangnara, and the community for long-term care institution workers, 'Long-Term Care Institution Practical Cafe.' This is expected to facilitate caregiver job-seeking activities more smoothly.
The Korea Senior Research Institute explained that after a one-month pilot operation of the One-Touch Job Posting Registration service, the reuse rate among about 30 major long-term care institutions that participated reached 100%. Additionally, the job placement success rate increased by approximately 30% over the monthly average.
