The "Illegal Act Reporting Reward System" is designed to eradicate illegal acts directly related to safety issues through voluntary public reporting and to minimize casualties caused by fires.
Reportable acts include ▲closure, blockage, or locking of fire safety facilities ▲placing objects in corridors, stairs, or evacuation routes ▲closure or damage to evacuation fire facilities at multi-use establishments, cultural/assembly facilities, sales facilities, lodging facilities, and complex buildings.
To report, submit a report form with supporting evidence (photos/videos) by visiting the local fire station or via mail, fax, or information communication networks.
