KMI Korea Medical Institute Provides Free Health Checkups for 'Areumdawoon Gage' Volunteers

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwanju] KMI Korea Medical Institute announced on the 8th that it will provide free comprehensive health checkups for volunteers of the social enterprise 'Areumdawoon Gage' to manage their health.
This social contribution activity was prepared to support the continuous activities of Areumdawoon Gage volunteers who strive to spread a culture of sharing and recycling through resource reuse, and to help expand the volunteer culture by managing their health.
The recipients will be selected primarily from activists with many volunteer hours at Areumdawoon Gage, and KMI will provide customized comprehensive health checkup services free of charge to detect various diseases early, assess risk factors, prevent adult diseases, and maintain health. The number of people is 20, and comprehensive health checkups will be conducted at KMI's nationwide health screening centers until June.
Lee Sangho, Chairman of KMI, said, "We support the health management of Areumdawoon Gage volunteers every year to contribute to the healthy growth of our society and the spread of volunteer culture," adding, "We will continue to carry out various social contribution activities for sharing health love, including free health checkups."
