Expected precipitation amounts are 5-20mm for Jeju Island and less than 0.1mm for the southern coast.
As of 7 a.m. that day, temperatures are Seoul -1.6°C, Incheon -0.2°C, Suwon -3.8°C, Chuncheon -7.4°C, Gangneung 1.2°C, Cheongju -3.0°C, Daejeon -4.8°C, Jeonju -3.5°C, Gwangju -2.2°C, Jeju 6.5°C, Daegu -4.5°C, Busan 3.2°C, Ulsan 0.8°C, Changwon -1.2°C, etc.
The daytime high temperature is forecasted to be between 6 and 14°C, with Seoul reaching a high of 9°C.
Fine dust concentrations will be 'bad' in the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon region, Chungcheong region, Gwangju, Jeonbuk, Daegu, and Gyeongbuk, while other regions will see 'moderate' levels.
Southern Gyeonggi and Chungbuk are expected to experience 'very bad' levels temporarily in the morning.
Fine dust from the previous day remains in most areas, and due to stagnant air, domestically generated fine dust is accumulating, leading to high concentrations.
Dryness warnings are in effect in Gangwon Yeongdong, Jeonnam region, and Gyeongsang region, so the air is dry nationwide, requiring special caution to prevent wildfires and other fires.
Until the morning, dense fog may form mainly in the central inland and the central West Sea coastal areas, so safety accidents should be avoided.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the East Sea and southern coastal waters, and 0.5 meters in the West Sea coastal waters.
