Homeplus Surpasses 2 Million Sales of Dangdang Chicken
Delhi Total Sales Up 44%

Homeplus announced on the 1st that Dangdang Chicken has surpassed a cumulative sales volume of 2 million units over 7 months.
Homeplus sells 9 types of Dangdang Chicken, which carries the slogan of 100% same-day preparation and same-day sales. Sales from Dangdang Chicken products alone reached 14.5 billion KRW.
Led by Dangdang Chicken, with continuous new menu launches and product competitiveness enhancement, sales of ready-to-eat foods (deli) have grown significantly. In fact, from June 30 last year to January 29 this year, total deli sales increased by 44% compared to the previous year. By category, fried items grew by 67%, sandwiches and salads by 141%, and cooked dishes by 191%.
In particular, food sales at Homeplus Mega Food Market stores, which greatly enhanced customer experience centered on food items, grew dramatically. From October 1 last year to January 29 this year, food sales at five major Homeplus Mega Food Market stores increased by about 54% compared to the previous year. Food sales at the Gangseo store more than doubled.
