Korea Real Estate Board to Add Housing Subscription Computerized Drawing Room in Daegu
[Asia Economy Reporter Noh Kyung-jo] The Korea Real Estate Board announced on the 30th that it will additionally operate a computerized drawing room in Daegu to enhance the convenience of the housing subscription lottery process.
As the agency responsible for housing subscription services, the Real Estate Board has been providing subscription-related services such as sales, application reception, and winner selection and announcement for apartments and officetels since the opening of the Subscription Home in February 2020.

View original imageHowever, since the drawing room for selecting winners was only located in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, there were physical constraints for representatives when the project entity was based outside the metropolitan area. Therefore, the Real Estate Board decided to additionally operate a drawing room in Sinseo-dong, Dong-gu, Daegu, where its headquarters is located.
The person in charge of subscription operations at the Real Estate Board explained that the project entity will be notified in advance the week before the drawing date to choose the drawing room location (Seoul or Daegu), and the project entity can select the desired location to attend.

Son Tae-rak, president of the Real Estate Board, said, "The additional operation of the housing subscription drawing room will be a great help not only to general project entities supplying apartments and officetels but also to non-metropolitan union officials using the union unit and building number drawing service." He added, "We plan to continuously review improvements across all subscription services so that anyone can conveniently use the Subscription Home service."
