MUSINSA plans to expand fulfillment services for brands listed on the MUSINSA platform, centered around the new logistics center scheduled to open in March. The Yeoju 3 Center, spanning approximately 23,000 pyeong, will implement a logistics system specialized for fashion products such as clothing and footwear.
MUSINSA Logistics has built a fashion-specialized logistics process and its own order management system based on logistics operation know-how for in-house brands and purchased products sold on the MUSINSA Store. Currently, it handles about 700 brands and processes up to 100,000 shipments per day. It has been operating stably while maintaining a same-day shipping rate of over 90%.
The fulfillment service operated mainly at the Yeoju 3 Center provides comprehensive logistics operations for fashion brands so they can focus solely on product manufacturing and marketing. Professional staff manage everything from product intake and inspection to shipping and returns, and propose optimal delivery services such as same-day, early morning, and next-day delivery tailored to brand requirements. Hybrid delivery and exchange services, which replace returned items with new products, will also be offered.
Additionally, logistics facilities specialized for clothing and footwear have been established to enhance convenience during product stacking, and automation technology has been applied to increase the volume of goods processed simultaneously, securing price competitiveness in logistics costs. Since the second half of last year, the logistics service area has expanded globally. Through the Incheon Global Processing Center, overseas logistics services such as international shipping and customs clearance agency are provided for about 300 brands sold on the MUSINSA Global Store.
