Asiana Airlines and Korail Launch Rail-Linked Service
Simultaneous Purchase Service for Aviation and Railway Tickets
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Gyumin] Asiana Airlines announced on the 26th that it will launch a combined airline ticket and train ticket service (Rail&Air) in partnership with Korea Railroad Corporation (KORAIL).
Through this service, customers traveling to and from provincial areas can check in and check their luggage at the Asiana Airlines counter at Seoul Station's City Airport Terminal before heading to Incheon Airport for international travel.
The service applies to Asiana Airlines' long-distance routes to and from Korea (America/Europe/Sydney) and eight domestic cities (Busan, Dongdaegu, Gwangju Songjeong, Ulsan, Pohang, Jinju, Yeosu Expo, Mokpo). Train tickets can be purchased together when paying for airline tickets.

To use the service, customers purchase airline tickets including the KTX segment at the Asiana Airlines reservation center or sales outlets, then check in on the AccessRail website to receive vouchers for exchanging KTX train tickets and Airport Railroad tickets.
