Following him, Mr. B, a taxi driver in his 50s who drove afterward, was sent to prosecution without detention on charges of hit-and-run causing death under the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes.
Mr. A is accused of hitting Ms. C, a woman in her 30s crossing a crosswalk on a road in Munjeong-dong, Songpa-gu, around 6 a.m. on the 14th, and fleeing the scene without providing aid. At the time of the accident, Mr. A's blood alcohol concentration was confirmed to be at the license suspension level.
