Samsung Smartphones Achieve Perfect Scores in All Categories in Australian Consumer Survey...Ranked No.1
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Su-yeon] Samsung Electronics' Galaxy series has surpassed Apple's iPhone to become the best smartphone in Australia in 2023.
On the 25th, Australia's leading consumer satisfaction research firm Canstar Blue announced that Samsung Electronics' smartphones were selected as this year's 'Best Customer Satisfaction Award.'
Samsung Electronics' smartphones received a full 5-star rating in all seven survey categories: overall satisfaction, user convenience, design, durability, price, camera performance, and battery.
Canstar Blue stated, "Samsung continuously supplies the best smartphones to the market every year by releasing flagship Galaxy S series smartphones. Whether consumers are looking for foldable smartphones like the Galaxy Z series or devices from the Galaxy A series, Samsung has products that meet consumer demand."
Samsung Electronics ranked first in the Canstar Blue consumer satisfaction survey not only for TVs and home theaters but also for smartphones.
In this survey, Apple ranked second. It received 5 stars in user convenience and design, but only 3 stars for battery. For overall satisfaction, durability, price, and camera performance, it received 4 stars.
Apple was selected as the best smartphone in the Canstar Blue surveys of 2021 and 2022. However, this year, it ceded the top spot to Samsung Electronics.
The third place went to Chinese manufacturer Oppo, and fourth place to Google smartphones.
This survey was conducted by collecting feedback from 1,357 Australians regarding smartphones purchased over the past two years.
