[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power's Saeul Nuclear Power Headquarters has decided to pay 12.9 billion KRW in construction fees early to 17 partner companies ahead of the Lunar New Year.
On the 18th, Saeul Nuclear Power Headquarters announced that it will pay 12.9 billion KRW in construction fees early just before the holiday, when cash demand is concentrated, to alleviate the financial difficulties of construction and partner companies involved in the Saeul Units 3 and 4 construction and to restore the nuclear power ecosystem.
Jo Seok-jin, head of Saeul Nuclear Power Headquarters, said, “KHNP will take the lead in resolving the financial difficulties of nuclear power construction and partner companies facing a challenging business environment due to rising raw material prices and increased financial costs from high interest rates.”
